We’re all called to submit, leaders and followers alike, it doesn’t matter. We all must submit ourselves to God. As followers we need to honor those in leadership. Here’s the answer to leading and following, Humility. As we humble ourselves God gives us the grace we need. Weather that is to lead or follow.

Leadership is a great topic to talk about. It’s easy to get things out of order or out of perspective on both sides and it can be an area that’s easy to struggle with in the Church. Here’s two tips we learned today:Jesus has delegated authority to your church leaders. He has entrusted them to care for His flock. If you are called to lead you should do so eagerly, out of a heart to serve others, not to gain authority or out of greed.
